Secure Payment Methods
For your convenience and maximum security, we offer the following payment methods:
1. Secure Payment with a Debit or Credit Card
Payments are processed in real-time through the secure Virtual POS terminal (vPOS) of DSK Bank.
- Accepted card types: Debit, credit, and business cards with the Visa and Mastercard logos.
- Transaction security: Transactions are carried out using the latest security programs – MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure.
- Personal data protection: We do not store any bank card details used for payments on our website. All sensitive information is entered directly into the bank's encrypted system.
- Refunds: In case of a refund for a payment made by card (e.g., returned or canceled order), the amount is refunded exclusively to the card used for the original transaction.
2. Bank Transfer
When selecting this method, you will receive a proforma invoice with our bank details after completing your order. Your order will be processed and shipped on the next business day after we receive confirmation from the bank of the successful invoice transfer.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Only for registered business clients with contractual relations with Larus
This option is active only for registered and approved users on our website.
Why is Cash on Delivery limited?
To maintain a high quality of service and optimize our operations, we have decided to limit cash on delivery payments for guests and unregistered users. The reason for this step is cases where orders are placed but subsequently unclaimed or not collected from the courier. This generates double shipping costs at our expense and takes up valuable time for our team.
How to get access to Cash on Delivery?
If you are our business partner with whom we have contractual relations and you wish to use the "Cash on Delivery" option, please do the following:
- Register (create a profile) on our website.
- Contact us (by email or phone) and provide us with the email address you registered with.
- We will review your request and add your account to the list of clients authorized for Cash on Delivery.
Once you receive confirmation from us, the "Cash on Delivery" option will automatically be visible and available to choose during checkout whenever you are logged into your profile.
